Our deliveries usually take about 5-7 days within India and about 10-15 days internationally. However, kindly note that depending on the address, our shipping time would sometimes vary accordingly.
All local shipments below the cost of 1500 INR will entail charges while all shipments above 2000 INR will be free shipment. Shipment of goods within North eastern states of India is free.
For international orders we have the payment facility of internet banking, debit/credit card and PayUMoney. All shipment charges will be incurred during check out.
The GST/ Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. KOYA does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
